We had an absolutely horrible experience with Go Prime AV for our event, and I feel compelled to warn others to steer clear of this company at all costs. The service was nothing short of a disaster, and the owner, Hussein, was dishonest throughout the entire process. On multiple occasions, he lied about the quality of their equipment, the availability of staff, and the timeline for setup—none of which were delivered as promised.

Our event was chaotic due to their unprofessionalism, and it left our guests frustrated and disappointed. When we tried to address the issues, do not trust Go Prime AV with your event. There are far better, more reliable options out there.

I’m a traveling DJ and do 2 to 3 weddings a weekend and the best experience I’ve had by far was with AV Creation Group. The sound quality they provide was perfect. Sound check didn’t even take as long as it does with other companies because they are so experienced and good at their job. They even provided lighting which made a huge difference in the event. Hussein, Sarah, and the rest of the AVCreation Group deserve every one of those 5 stars. I used AVCreation Group for my late husband's, David's, celebration of life event. The cornerstone of the event was a presentation to remember David through his photography at which he excelled. Hussein and Sarah's advice of what equipment was needed to insure the quality of the images was perfect. And the installation and running of the AV equipment was excellent. We had such a great experience using AV Creation Group for a large corporate event! They coordinated set up and breakdown with the venue and provided what they needed from me upfront and very clearly. We will definitely be using AV Creation Group for many more events in the future!

Av was very accommodating and communicative. DJ Sam was amazing; he always responded in a timely manner. We sent him a list of songs we liked and he understood exactly our music taste. We were nervous about combining arabic and English music but he blended them so well together. Would absolutely recommend and cant wait to have them again!

I must've called about 20 businesses in the area looking for a DJ controller rental until I found these guys. I'm sure others fortunate as myself have had the same experience of AVC group being their final stop. They have what you need and will take care of you. I rented the controller at a very reasonable price and the process was quick and easy. Even when I forgot to bring back some of the accessories for the return (my mistake), they were very understanding and let me bring them back the next day. Thanks so much AVC!

DJ Sam was amazing! He knows the Iraqi songs very well and made us a great playlist. The company is so professional and made sure all of our needs were met. We decided to add a debka group last minute and he managed to get us someone and they were phenomenal. If you want to work with a reliable company AV Creation Group is the one for you.

I host an annual fashion show for domestic violence for over 20 years. It's an event where quite a few of the models are survivors of domestic violence. It is an event that is special.
